Day 26: Strength Intervals.  Another great workout, THANKS Piyo!  I do like this one as you're doing some cardio along with strength.  It's about 21 minutes long and you're working!  One of my snacks today at work was Greek Yogurt and some KIND brand Vanilla Blueberry Clusters....YUMMY!  Was so good, and good for me - can't beat that!  Tonight after my workout I went out to my garden and grabbed us some sweet corn for supper.  Nothing is better than that tasty treat after a good workout, especially when you grew it yourself.  I have some office work to do tonight, so I'll stop here.  Happy hump day!
