Day 33: Piyo Strength. Today's workout was just over 20 minutes and it's all about strength. You don't use anything but your own body weight, so come prepared to WORK! I had a LONG work day, had to travel to Dickinson, ND for a safety meeting. Once I got home the last thing I wanted to do was work out, but guess what??? I did it - there is always going to be things that get in your way and excuses: tired, work, kids, significant others, travel, etc. Do your best to power through and commit!
